First Kickers do not practice. We just play! Every activity in the First Kicker curriculum is designed to make sure every player is engaged and participating. Game times are listed below. Players are not placed on teams at this age and all activities are designed to help each kid enjoy playing soccer with his or her own ball.

You will need:

A size 3 Ball
Athletic Shoes (special cleats are not necessary as the young kids will grow out of them very quickly)
Shin Guards are cute but the children will not be making contact with any one else.
Program Registration includes a TUSA First Kickers shirt which is handed out your first session.

Please arrive 30 minutes early to the first session for orientation.

We’ve made some adjustments to the program from previous years, which we think will improve it’s overall effectiveness.

We’ve set a cap of 75 players, born in the year 2020 only, which we hope will allow for a better trainer-to-child ratio with a little less chaos and a little more personalized attention.

All sessions @ Texarkana A&M from 6:30-7:15pm

Each session is 45 minutes and coordinated by Coach Koontz at A&M Texarkana and his soccer teams.

Sessions will be held at A&M Texarkana. Cost is $40.
